General terms and conditions
1. General provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between "Hygia Vita" EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", and the natural or legal persons who use the professional cleaning services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client".
1.2. By requesting and/or using the services, the Client declares that he is familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them in full.
2. Subject of the service
2.1. The Contractor provides services in the field of professional cleaning, including, but not limited to:

  • subscription cleaning of offices and residential properties;

  • one-time cleanings;

  • machine cleaning and maintenance of floor coverings;

  • washing of upholstered furniture, carpets and rugs;

  • cleaning with a steam cleaner;

  • washing windows, shop windows and facades;

  • other services individually agreed between the parties.
    2.2. The specific parameters, scope and terms of the services are agreed upon through a written contract, request, offer or electronically.

3. Prices and payment terms
3.1. The prices of the services are determined according to the current price list of the Contractor or based on an individually prepared offer.
3.2. Payment is made by bank transfer, in cash or in another manner previously agreed upon between the parties.
3.3. For subscription services, payment is made in advance for the respective contracted period, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. The client is obliged to ensure free and safe access to the site on the agreed days and times for the performance of the service.
4.2. The Contractor undertakes to perform the services professionally, qualitatively and within the agreed deadlines.
4.3. The Contractor is not liable for damages caused as a result of:

  • hidden defects or wear and tear on furniture, flooring, equipment or machinery;

  • improper operation or use by the Customer;

  • provision of false, inaccurate or incomplete information by the Client.

5. Complaints
5.1. The client has the right to file a complaint within 24 hours after the service is provided.
5.2. If a justified complaint is established and recognized, the Contractor shall re-perform the service at its own expense or apply the terms of the Refund Policy.
6. Termination of contractual relations
6.1. Either party has the right to terminate a subscription agreement with 30 (thirty) days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. In case of material failure to fulfill the contractual obligations, the contract may be terminated unilaterally without notice.
7. Protection of personal data
7.1. The Contractor processes the personal data of the Clients in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Personal data is used solely for the purposes of providing services and fulfilling legal obligations.
8. Force Majeure
The Contractor shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, accidents, emergencies or other unforeseeable and uncontrollable events.
9. Applicable law
The current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all unresolved issues.
10. Entry into force
These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force from the date of their publication on the official channels of "Hygia Vita" EOOD and shall remain in force until amended or updated.
